Australia-China-India Education Forum 2010
Thursday 6th May and Friday 7th May
The Inaugural Australian-China-India Education Forum 2010 is being held in Sydney at the InterContinental Hotel 117 Macquarie Street on Thursday 6th May and Friday 7th May.
Forum Delegate Registration Packages
Delegate packages are $695.00 each plus GST and include the following:
- Welcome cocktails and networking with Trade Exhibitors in the Trade area adjacent to the main conference room on Wednesday 5th May from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.
- Thursday 6th May full day conferencing 9.00am to 5.00pm with networking opportunities with Trade Exhibitors and Sponsors in the Trade area adjacent to the main conference room during morning tea/coffee, lunch and afternoon tea/coffee. There will also be forum discussions opportunities at the end of each session.
- Thursday evening networking cocktails 6.30pm to 7.30pm followed by a three course dinner at the venue from 7.30pm to 11.00pm.
- Friday 7th May full day conferencing 9.00am to 5.00pm with networking opportunities with Trade and Sponsors in the Trade area adjacent to the main conference room during morning tea/coffee, lunch and afternoon tea/coffee. There will also be plus forum discussion opportunities at the end of each session.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS ONLY $595.00 each plus GST SAVE $100.00 on each early bird registration completed and paid by 28th February 2010
Accommodation Packages InterContinental Hotel Sydney
The accommodation package includes the following single/twin share/double packages for one or two delegates on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Additionally these special rates will also apply for accommodation booked for up to 3 days pre and post the forum dates.
- Single/twin share or double accommodation cost per room $255.00 breakfast additional.
- All rooms with luxury bedding, casual seating, plasma TV, work space with high speed broadband, laptop safe, mini bar, tea/coffee making facility, ironing board, hairdryer, separate bathroom shower, bath & vanity.

Next Event will process your delegate packages and/or accommodation payment through ANZ e-gate on our secure website and will confirm back to you in writing with your confirmation and tax invoice within 48 hours of receiving your booking.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all delegate registration packages and/or accommodation bookings made for the Australian-China-India Education Forum 2010:
- Changes and amendments to the original delegate registration packages and/or accommodation bookings are subject to availability and will attract an additional charge of $65.00 per delegate which will be debited at the time of the change.
- Cancellations of delegate registration packages and/or accommodation received after the initial payment up to the 5th April 2010 will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $65.00 per delegate.
- Cancellations of delegate registration packages and/or accommodation received after the 5th April 2010 will be not be entitled to a refund.
- All accommodation bookings will attract a credit card processing fee of 3% for Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Diners Card is not accepted.
