Accessed via our secure website the CMS is utilised to capture all delegate details relating to their booking. We’ll manage all your delegate rooming requirements including any specific requests and provide you with a weekly update as to attendance figures. We’ll liaise directly with the chosen venue on your behalf to ensure all delegates rooms are ready and as per their request on arrival. The CMS also records all delegate flight details and is used to co-ordinate airport transfer to and from the event efficiently and effectively.
Next Event has managed conferences from 40 to 1200 delegates and understand the complexities of managing multiple, simultaneous bookings. We’ll remove the administrative burden and free you to focus on what you do best.
Our CMS platform also allows for secure online payments . For several clients Next Event is prepared to mitigate the risk and underwrite the entire event, allowing delegates to make payments in instalments over periods of up to 12 months. We’ll help free your cash flow and maximise your conference budget.
We can even provide regular communication to your delegates using email, SMS or direct mail to ensure they have all and any required information relating to your event.
